Our Mission

Team Mission

To be a competitive, energetic, and uplifting team who forms lifelong friendships, embraces the journey and emerges as champions. We strive to ignite a passion in young women, fostering their leadership in STEM fields and conservation. We envision a future where women lead the charge in devising solutions to preserve our oceans. As strong, influential role models, we demonstrate the power of women in sports and the workforce alike. Together, we will fearlessly conquer challenges, and face the waves with Full Foarce!

Inspiring Ordinary People to do Extraordinary Things!

Charitable Organizations

Full Foarce will be raising funds and awareness for the following organizations during their campaign and ocean crossing!

Humanity is United by the Ocean.

Papahānaumokuākea Marine Debris Project (PMDP) executes annual large-scale marine debris removal missions to Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument (PMNM) to remove derelict fishing nets and plastics from the reefs and shorelines.

In addition to their physical debris removal efforts PMDP is raising awareness of the issue of marine debris and inspiring change through education and outreach, while working towards creative solutions for recycling and re-utilization of the waste-stream.

We are honored to help PMDP engage with the community on Oahu while we train here!

Inspiring play.  Unlocking potential.

Play Like a Girl envisions a world where every girl reaches her full potential, believing that girls given the opportunity to play on a team become women with the confidence to stand on their own. Play Like a Girl is on a mission to leverage the skills gained from sport to build a diverse pipeline of young women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Full Foarce aims to inspire young girls and women around the world to continue chasing their wildest dreams no matter how big or small.

We are honored to be a part of their mentor program!
